On Grayton Time

On Grayton time you...

Take walks on the beach at 10pm to see what the moon looks like.
Listen to the beach music
Go to Frosty bites for Creamsicle or Key Lime Pie flavors
Swing on the porch swing
Read and read and read
Hold hands with DH
Use lots and lots of sunscreen
Hit the outlet malls
Make homemade ice cream
Eat cut up peaches, watermelon and cantaloupe on the beach
Watch the fishing boats come
Go to movies finally
Hang out at the book stores and browse
Wear flip flops everywhere
Leave off using the hair dryer
Walk on cool white sand
Look for hermit crabs
Play your favorite music
Play Mexican dominoes
Picnic on the beach
See colorful umbrellas that you have to catch when they blow away
Lay in a beach chair and realize you are sitting on the edge of the world

Because the sand is too hot in the day time.

Listen to the beach music

Listen to kids screaming

Go to Frosty bites for Creamsicle or Key Lime Pie flavors

Never got invited there

Swing on the porch swing

Too hot to swing

Read and read and read

Can't stay in the bathroom that long

Hold hands with DH

Eeewww! Sounds creepy

Use lots and lots of sunscreen

Stay in the shade

Hit the outlet malls

And spend your husbands paycheck

Make homemade ice cream

Never saw that either

Eat cut up peaches, watermelon and cantaloupe on the beach

They taste better in the airconditioning

Watch the fishing boats come

Watch the fishing channel on TV

Go to movies finally

If it's not too crowded

Hang out at the book stores and browse

They have lots of magazines there

Wear flip flops everywhere

I stepped on a pop top, blew out my flip flop, cut my heel and had to cruise on back home

Leave off using the hair dryer

Haven't used a hair dryer in twenty five years

Walk on cool white sand

Look for hermit crabs

Too hot

Play your favorite music
